The “Große Jogl” in particular, with its many variants, is a showcase route in Eastern Styria.

The Great Jogl

The Great Jogl is a challenging multi-day tour that can be completed in two to four stages. The route offers few technical trails, but numerous breathtaking viewpoints, including the Hochwechsel, the Pretul and the Arzberg.

The stages leave enough time to enjoy the scenery and stop off at cozy inns or huts. A perfect mix of sporting challenge and enjoyment of nature!

Many people are looking for the perfect mix of nature, action, and family time. At the FUNBASE Holzmeisterlift on the Sommeralm, you’ll find exactly that: flow lines, singletrack, a kids’ trail, or uphill routes—there’s a favorite trail for everyone here.

For an even bigger adrenaline rush, head down into the valley in a mountain go-kart. Afterward, enjoy the sun terrace, stunning views, and regional delicacies from the Almenland Nature Park.
