Wenigzell, children's playground, old armory, in front of the school, village square
- We start our tour up the Masenberg in Wenigzell at the village square
- On the outward journey, we follow the signs for "Der große Jogl", as we are on a section of it
- In the center of Wenigzell, we pass the parish church and the Joglland Oasis until we reach the local museum
- Here we turn left and follow the road along a wooded area
- After around 2.5 kilometers, we turn right towards Gasthof Bergler Stub'n
- We ride to the inn and follow the path to the next section of forest
- At the next bend, we stay right and continue to the "Toter Mann" crossroads
- Here we take a sharp left, pass the wild meadow (or take a detour uphill) until we reach the Kreuzwirt inn
- At this junction, we follow the signs towards Masenberg
- We enter a wooded area and stay on this mostly flat road for around two kilometers
- After a wayside shrine on the left, we turn right and pass several farms and Christmas tree plantations
- Keep left at the next crossroads in a wooded area
- The ascent to the summit of the Masenberg now begins
- On the way back, we pass the Olmstoll and then the Glückskapelle chapel
- We take the same route back to the Kreuzwirt
- For the way back to Wenigzell, we turn right at the Kreuzwirt and then immediately left, briefly onto the main road
- Now we follow the road past the Kroneggerhof, the home of the founder of the Marienkrankenhaus order in Vorau, to the next crossroads. There we turn left
- After approx. 1.2 kilometers we come back to the main road, turn left here and then immediately leave it again, after which we turn right
- Continue along the path, which shortly afterwards joins the familiar route at the Gasthof Bergler Stub'n inn
