Thannhausen

The community center Thannhausen is an optimal starting point for numerous hikes and discovery tours. Not far from the community center is Thannhausen Castle, built in 1177, and an artistically designed Way of the Cross to Calvary. The Landscha with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains is ideal for walking, running, cycling or strolling. Numerous well-signposted hiking trails lead you to the Grubbründl Chapel, idyllically located in the forest, to the Galgenwald, to the Raasberg with 1,009 m or to the Hoher Zetz with 1,253 m.
