Exciting power golf stations await us at the most beautiful spots in St. Jakob im Walde.

Power golf is a unique opportunity to get to know the region in a fun way. On a hike through St. Jakob im Walde with a special golf club, which can also be used as a walking stick, you try your luck at the various stations, which are set up similarly to mini golf stations.

The aim of the game is to get the ball from the tee to the finish line of the respective course in as few strokes as possible. The number of points scored must be entered in the score sheet. If there are more than 10 strokes, a score of 10 is still entered.

Clubs are available for hire in the Kräftereich.

On Mondays & Tuesdays the clubs and balls can be picked up at Sparmarkt Königshofer in St. Jakob im Walde (no GenussCard possible here)!

Sankt Jakob im Walde is located approx. 24 km northwest of the district capital Hartberg in the far northwest of the Hartberg district. The municipality belongs to Joglland.

By car:
From Vienna: via the A2 to the Friedberg exit and B54 to Rohrbach, then via Mönichwald to St. Jakob im Walde

From Graz: via the A2 to the Rohrbach - Vorau exit, then to Rohrbach and on to Waldbach and St. Jakob im Walde

From the S6 Krieglach exit via the Alpl to Ratten and St. Jakob im Walde

St. Jakob im Walde, Kräftereich (free)

We start the tour at the Kräftereich St. Jakob im Walde, which is also a great place to visit the adventure exhibition and herb garden
We get our power golf clubs there and start right away at the first station "foot reflex zones"
We walk through the village center of St. Jakob im Walde to Gasthof Pink, where the "Wagenrad'l" is waiting for us. Directly opposite, at Gasthof Posch, the next stop is hidden - the "ladder wagon"
Passing a small stream, we hike uphill along the edge of the forest and meadow to the next stop, the "Bee House" at the Spreitzhofer apiary. From here, we keep left, walk past a settlement and turn right to Gasthof Geier
The "Waldgeister Häusl" station awaits us there
From Gasthof Geier, we walk uphill for a short distance before turning left into a small wooded area
At the end of the forest, we walk downhill along the edge of the field and come to the stop at Gasthof Lueger, the "Weinfass'l" (wine barrel)
From here it is only a few meters until we reach our starting point again, the Kräftereich
Here we cross the Europapark, where the last station "Mühlstoa" is located. Once we arrive at the Kräftereich, we hand in our completed Kraftgolf pass and hope for a bit of luck in the competition.
