This HWW cycle route is part of the Wechselland Historical Long-Distance Hiking Trail (HWW), which tells the story of Wechselland along more than 100 HWW stations. More information can be found at www.wechsel-wandern.at.
This HWW cycle route (Radroundroute) leads from Pinggau via Schäffernsteg to Sinnersdorf via Sparberegg and Götzendorf to the Roman grave in Götzendorf; from there via Götzendorf and Elsenau over the Schäffernsteg back to Pinggau. Along the route you come to the HWW station Sinnersdorf 2, where you can learn that there was once a large factory in Sinnersdorf where hundreds of people from the Wechselland region worked.

Directions - By car
- Take the A2 highway to the Pinggau exit.
- Take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle.
- Continue along the B63.
- At the junction, turn onto the B54 in the direction of Graz/Hartberg.
- Then turn right in the direction of Marktgemeinde Pinggau.
There are parking spaces around the Pinggau municipal office.
The tour is not signposted throughout. Route guidance with app recommended.

- Don't forget all your equipment (repair kit, first aid kit, etc.)!
- Only ride on marked paths!
- Observe the road traffic regulations!
- Observe driving bans and keep to opening times!
- Control your speed!
- Leave no tracks!
- Respect other nature users!
- Show consideration for animals (only ride in daylight & close pasture fences)!
- Avoid noise and garbage!
- Use the cycle paths at your own risk!
- Beware of working machines, wood or potholes on the road, grazing livestock and vehicle traffic (forest roads are working areas and workplaces)!
