The tour is located in the area of Rosegger's Waldheimat and belongs to the tourist region Joglland - Waldheimat. There is also the possibility to start the round tour from another point. The inns and private quarters in the villages or along the route invite the biker for a rest or accommodation.

From Linz/Salzburg/Munich via the Pyhrnautobahn A9 and the Semmering-Schnellstraße S6 to the Kindberg exit. Continue as above.

Fischbach, village square (free)
- We start at the village square in Fischbach
- Now we cycle down the forest road 5-10 until we come to Oberdissau
- We follow the signs on the asphalt road until we reach the state road
- After 100 m we leave the main road and turn towards Falkenstein.
- We cross two bridges and turn right to the "Hauswirtshofer" estate.
- Behind the estate we cycle up the steep path to a quarry
- Now we cycle downhill to the cycle path R8
- We continue in the direction of Ratten, but before the Knollmüller inn we turn left onto the Poschweg.
- We follow the steep road until we arrive in Falkenstein
- We turn right into the village street and continue until we reach a large meadow
- From there we follow the markings in the direction of Ziesel-Anger
- At the crossroads we turn left and thus arrive at the Waldtoni hut
- There we follow the same markings as the Fischbacher ALPEN-Tour and the Großen-Jogl
- From the Waldtoni-Alm we take a forest road to the farm Stadlhof
- From Stadlhof we turn right along the road to Fischbach

Check your bike before you set off!
Always ride with the right protective equipment!
Always ride with a helmet!
Don't forget all your equipment (repair kit, first aid kit, etc.)!
Only ride on marked paths!
Observe the road traffic regulations!
Observe driving bans and keep to opening times!
Control your speed!
Leave no tracks!
Respect other nature users!
Show consideration for animals (only ride in daylight & close pasture fences)!
Avoid noise and garbage!
Use the cycle paths at your own risk!
Beware of working machines, wood or potholes on the road, grazing livestock and vehicle traffic (forest roads are working areas and workplaces)! A few tips on correct and fair behavior: Cycling and mountain biking in the forest (oesterreich.gv.at)
Cyclists should avoid visiting the forest approx. 1.5 hours before sunrise and after sunset, as wild animals are particularly active at this time.
Plastic bottles, handkerchiefs, cigarette butts etc. have no place in the forest! Please make sure that you do not leave any garbage in the forest.
Camping and making fires is strictly forbidden in the forest!
