The RETTER BioGut is the cradle of the pear tree amidst the BIO orchards of the Retter family.
In the energy-optimized building with distillery, bakery, herb shop, and ice cream parlor, organic fruits are transformed into fine fruit spreads, ice cream, and distillates.
In the bakery, fresh pastries and organic breads are baked daily according to old recipes. You can best taste the fine BIO specialties of the region in the RETTEREI. From the subsequent nature park terrace, there is a magnificent view of the East Styria hilly landscape.
