Posch mill: Sterz tour
General Information
Visit the Posch Mill's Mach-Mit-Tour.
Together, the buckwheat will be ground into heidenmehl, heidensterz will be cooked, and then enjoyed. Optionally, there is also the possibility to cook additional ingredients (bacon, cheese, herbs, etc.) - details can be obtained upon request for an appointment.
Duration: up to 2.5 hours
Tours (Mon-Sun): upon request
After the tour, you have the opportunity to browse in the in-house mill shop or acquire the valuable products, which are also available for purchase at the Hartberg warehouse.
