Posch mill: Sterz tour
General Information
Visit the Join-In Tour of the Posch Mill!
Together, the buckwheat will be ground into buckwheat flour, Heidensterz will be cooked, and then enjoyed. Optionally, there is also the possibility to cook additional ingredients (bacon, cheese, herbs, etc.) - details can be obtained upon request for the appointment.
Duration: approx. 2 to 2.5 hours
Guided tour dates (Mon-Sun): upon request
Group size: min. 8/max. 50 people
After the tour, you have the opportunity to browse or purchase valuable products in the in-house mill shop.
