Description:
Experience the homeland of the popular folk music group DIE EDLSEER with a visit to the EDLSEER-Alm in Birkfeld. After the welcome, the group will be divided. While one group learns about the history of the EDLSEER-Alm and the EDLSEER Museum during a approximately 45-minute guided tour, gaining exciting insights into the extraordinary success story of the three musicians, the second group will visit the HOAMAT-TRACHT – the traditional clothing store of EDLSEER-Fritz with an integrated EDLSEER fan shop. Afterwards, they will switch so that all guests can enjoy both program items. Following that, guests can refresh themselves with the sounds of the “EDLSEER-Alm Musi.” With roast pork or Wiener Schnitzel, the guests will be gastronomically spoiled, and jovial hours of lively music can be expected.
Optional: There is also the possibility to explore parts or the entire EDLSEER HOAMAT path. The 12 km family-friendly circular hiking trail explains many interesting facts about the term “HOAMAT” at 12 stations and invites visitors to linger. The route can also be shortened to 6 km, and the bus can easily pick up the hikers from there.
