You can look forward to the tranquil setting of the farm nestled in the idyllic Nature Park Pöllau Valley. Slowly get settled in with a welcome drink, enjoy the stylish ambience of the farm and meet hostess Karin.
Karin, the founder of DESIGN AB HOF, has worked in design management and marketing herself for many years and will lovingly guide you on your personal journey of discovering the world of design. In the farm shop, you will not only find agricultural products, but also numerous innovative design items. Here, design is not just seen as mere embellishment, but as a creative process which opens up new perspectives. You will gain insight into the methods of “Design Thinking” and learn more about some selected products and their history. Afterwards, you can sample some seasonal agricultural delicacies.
Afterwards, you can get active yourself in a joint workshop: The syrup workshop is all about the aromatic thirst quencher and its diverse flavors. Depending on the season, we will collect herbs and plants together and use them to make delicious syrup - experimentation allowed. You will receive exciting tips on how to prepare, bottle and store syrup - including great ideas for beautiful packaging and labels!
