Miguel Ángel Sánchez aka Saturno hails from the outskirts of Barcelona, Spain. The autodidact painter and illustrator has made a name for himself in the European graffiti scene since the mid-90s.
Since 2012, he has been painting in a distinctive style inspired primarily by science fiction films of the 80s and 90s, as well as the aesthetics of arcade machines.
Characteristic of Saturno is the realistic painting style of imaginative figures and creatures, which often provide insight into subconscious and darker aspects of human existence.
