Let yourself be convinced by the excellent quality of our edible fish. They grow up in cold, clear mountain water and are exclusively fed with non-GMO feed. Our fish are free from flavor enhancers and preservatives.

Our fish products are available in a variety of forms: raw, smoked, as fillets, or whole. In addition, we offer exciting insights with tours and tastings, culinary experiences in our restaurant with daily menus, as well as courses and events focused on fish.
