Waldbach-Mönichwald

The toll road from Breitenbrunn in Waldbach-Mönichwald leads to the 1,743 meter high Hochwechsel.

To reach the Hochwechsel by car or motorcycle, drive from the village of Waldbach to Breitenbrunn. Here, the toll road starts. Have the toll fee of € 5.00 ready for the barrier.

After that, a paved road first and then a gravel road lead to the Hochwechsel with the summit cross, the chapel, and the Wetterkoglerhaus.
