“Vacation with heart” - the family-run business located in the heart of the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park offers you local specialties in a relaxed atmosphere and a large leisure program with its own natural swimming pond (5000 m²).

Head chef Johannes Gruber and his team spoil their guests with traditional Styrian cuisine, fresh ingredients from the region, and seasonal specialties. Look forward to varied dishes that bring the flavors of East Styria to your plate.
Enjoy culinary moments in the dining room with 120 seats, in the cozy corner with 40 seats, in the winter garden with 20 seats, or on the sun terrace with another 30 seats and a wonderful view of the Pöllauberg. The restaurant also provides the ideal setting for weddings, anniversaries, parties, and celebrations.
 
With advance reservation, guests can enjoy the popular breakfast buffet featuring products from local farmers starting at 7:30 a.m. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we particularly recommend making a timely table reservation, especially on weekends.
A special highlight awaits you in the summer months of July and August: At the grill evening on the terrace, you can enjoy delicious grilled specialties with meat and fish, as well as fresh vegetables from the region – accompanied by a cozy atmosphere and a magnificent view of the Pöllauberg.
 
The Gruber restaurant is also a popular place for weddings, anniversaries, parties, and celebrations. Choose from the individual offering in the dining room with 120 seats, in the cozy corner with 40 seats, in the winter garden with 20 seats, or in the repurposed seminar rooms for your personal gourmet experience. Additionally, our sun terrace offers another 30 seats.  

For overnight guests, the ***S Hotel-Restaurant Gruber provides a total of 60 beds.
