Picnic in the Romai
Waldbach-Mönichwald
The Romai is an idyllic rest area on the municipal boundary between Waldbach-Mönichwald and St. Jakob im Walde. The shady rest area with a rustic table made from an old mill wheel invites you to cool off, especially on hot days.
The Romai also impresses with a waterfall that rushes through the small gorge. The Romai circular hike leads from the Arzberghütte through shady forests to this Romai gorge. The hike is suitable for the whole family. Above all, the small stream in the Romai offers a wonderful opportunity for children to play.
