Organic Farm Grasser

Our farm is located at the northern edge of the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park at an elevation of about 850m. In 2016, we took over the family organic farm. Our operation has been certified organic since 1992, which we live by and wish to pass on to our children. My parents converted the farm to organic sheep in 1997 and began regional marketing of organic lambs, which we continue.

Our sheep and lambs are kept in our 3-corner farm in free-range conditions on fresh straw and on our own, lush meadows, depending on the weather from April to November (at least 210 days a year) outdoors. Our sheep are fed exclusively with farm-produced feed, as it is very important to us that everything is produced in the cycle of nature.
