In Hinteregg in the Pöllauertal nature park, the Käfer family produces food from their own stables and their own cultivation.

Since 1982, the Käfer family has been producing their products at an altitude of 600 meters in the traditional way. In the family business run by Hannelore and Josef Käfer, their two sons Andreas, a trained butcher, and Markus, a trained baker, also work full-time. Everything is done in-house, from grain cultivation to pig fattening, slaughtering, and production of the products, to ensure the best quality.

At the Käfer family, you will receive:
