Municipal Office Greinbach

The municipality of Greinbach is located northwest of the district capital of Hartberg and is part of Joglland. The municipality consists of the villages of Greinbach, Penzendorf, Staudach and Wolfgrub.

The municipality lies on the eastern slope of the Masenberg and stretches from Eggendorf to the Hartberger Safen. Greinbach has a kindergarten, an elementary school and a volunteer fire department. The charming landscape of the municipality offers extensive forest areas, small streams, colorful fields and scattered farmsteads and houses.

There are numerous hiking and cycling trails and, as a special highlight, the bathing lake in the "Greini-Freizeit-Welt" Greinbach.

Greinbach became internationally famous thanks to the so-called "PS Racing Center", a permanent race track that has hosted several rounds of the FIA European Rallycross Championship.
