The finest organic deer products await you at the Hotel- Restaurant Muhr as a great gift or for wild enjoyment at home.

The organic red deer comes from the Hirschalm's own organic farm (venison from suckler cow husbandry). The wild animals feed on nature's fresh herbs and are constantly on the move. Forests and meadows represent a species-appropriate habitat for the animals and have a positive effect on their health. Harvesting during the hunt is also sustainable and quick - which means that the animals do not get an adrenaline rush that affects the quality of the meat. The quality of life of people is closely linked to the products that are processed and consumed.
