Goat Farm Harrer Farm Shop

Passail

The main focus of the company's activities is goat breeding and milk production.

Two Swiss goat breeds are kept, bred and milked. The highest priority is the well-being of the animals. The goat hay milk is processed locally and marketed regionally.

This produces the following products, which are available daily in the farm shop:

  • Natural yoghurt
  • Cream cheese
  • Curd
  • Silver goat soft cheese
  • Cream cheese balls in herb oil
  • Soft cheese cubes in herb oil
  • Caprissimum hard cheese
  • Hay milk
  • Capellaro semi-hard cheese
  • Whey
