Fruity enjoyment from the Schirnhofer fruit farm in the Nature Park Pöllau Valley in Eastern Styria.

The goal is quite simple, to produce fully ripe fruit in harmony with nature, both for fresh enjoyment and for professionally processed into brandies and juices. The price-performance ratio must also be right for our customers. These are our most important principles. As a dynamic, progressive family business with decades of tradition, we also act accordingly.

Our family has been processing the fruit from our own orchards into delicious juices and brandies since 1845. The centuries-long distilling tradition - the know-how passed on from generation to generation - and the openness to everything new are the reasons why our fine spirits are repeatedly awarded.
