Our farm is a small farm in the Pöllauer Tal nature park and, as befits a real nature park farm, we attach great importance to biodiversity.

Not all plants thrive here equally well, so our ancestors always had to have courage and good ideas. That's how we still do it today. According to the motto: "Everything is always different!"

We believe that good food can only come from a healthy environment.

Our spirits are distilled with my grandfather's old kiln - an old walled-in copper cauldron in a double firing process. A sure instinct and good (taste) nerves are required. The awards for our brandies and the good taste of our brandies and liqueurs prove us right.
