Our farm is a small farm in the Pöllauer Tal nature park and, as befits a real nature park farm, we attach great importance to biodiversity.

Not all plants thrive equally well here, and so our ancestors have always had to be brave and have good ideas.
We still do it that way today. According to the motto: “It always stays different!”

We believe that good food can only come from a healthy environment.

Our brandies are distilled using my grandfather's old distilling oven – an old built-in copper kettle using a double distillation process. This requires finesse and good (taste) nerves. The awards for our brandies and the good taste of our spirits and liqueurs justify our claims.
