The farm "Öllerbauer" is located in the middle of the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park and includes nature-friendly cultivated fields as well as naturally preserved meadows and forests. Discover more about the Pöllauer Hirschbirne while walking through the traditional fruit orchards. Learn about the husbandry of cows and pigs, and find out informative details about the direct marketing of products such as Hirschbirnen-Busserl, Hirschbirnen mustard, and much more. All products made or processed on the farm meet the highest quality criteria.
