You can buy a variety of meat products on the farm in Waisenegg by Birkfeld for example sausages for a successful barbecue in summer.
At Perhofer Direct Marketing, the pigs are slaughtered and processed directly on the farm. The family places great value on regionality and freshness. Among other things, smoked meats, Krainer sausages, as well as the popular homemade sausage and spreads of various kinds are produced. Meters of cold cuts (available by pre-order only) are also very popular. It is also possible to purchase fresh meat from the Perhofer family by pre-order.
