At the bakery Uitz you can buy freshly baked goods from Monday to Saturday. The assortment ranges form different, delicious breads to pastries and cakes.

The traditional bakery was established in 1770 in Pöllau in the municipality Hartberg-Fürstenfeld. Since then a lot has happened in relation to the baker's craft but some of our recipes still stem from the 18th century, some in original form and some with little tweaks. High-quality ingredients and traditional craftsmansip are our secret.

What has never changed though: Our handmade breads, which our bakers produce wiht a lot of love and care, conjure up a smile on our customers' faces. By the way, you can not only by our baked goods in the shop, we also offer a delivery service. Moreover, you can enjoy a nice breakfast on-site in our adjacent, newly refurbished café.

From all our products the Pöllauer Mugl, which we offer in different sizes, must be highlighted. We accidentally discovered the recipe while cleaning up. The original was written in Old High German and translated at the Institute for German Philology.
