Every year, the traditional Waisenegg Christmas Market takes place on the first Advent weekend in Waisenegg. The event venue is, as in previous years, in front of the traditional inn and Gallbrunner restaurant with the romantic Troadkasten in the courtyard. The Christmas market is only an hour's drive from Graz and attracts numerous visitors each year.
