Sports are a part of our culture and an important aspect of self-identity for many people. Intense emotions are associated with it; people from very different backgrounds come together through sports, and for many, it provides a balance to everyday work life. It can overcome language barriers and cultural boundaries and aids in the development of children and adolescents.
In 2026, the school and sports city of Hartberg will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Turn- und Sportverein. The seven member clubs and nine sections of TSV Hartberg will share stories about their sports, the history behind them, and the joy they bring. The exhibition will showcase successes, failures, anecdotes, and visions for the future from both recreational and elite sports.
