Summer Herb Workshop
In this hands-on herb workshop, everything revolves around summer herbs and their diverse uses.
Participants will get to know selected native and cultivated herbs and learn how to properly harvest, gently dry, and process them further.
The workshop provides both theoretical foundations and practical knowledge. Together we will explore optimal harvest times, the preparation of refreshing herbal teas, culinary herbs for the kitchen, and caring herbal oils. A mindful approach to the plants, sustainability, and traditional knowledge are at the forefront.
Each participant is allowed to create their personal tea and spice blend to take home.
What to bring: possibly an apron
Instructor: Bettina Rosenberger, herbal educator, naturopathy educator, herbal farmer
Cost: 3-hour herbal workshop including script and seminar refreshments for € 45.00; plus approximately € 15.00 material costs, to be paid in cash on site to the instructor
