When Joesi Prokopetz learned in 1974 about the centennial anniversary of the Vienna Central Cemetery,
he developed the text for the song "Long live the Central Cemetery," which Wolfgang Ambros turned into a cult song.

After his successful crime comedies "Hofer" and "The Flower from the Municipal Building," Prokopetz
now returns once again to the 1970s and tells in "Long live the Central Cemetery" about clumsy policemen,
mysterious occultists, and aimless hippies.
A cheerful piece of contemporary history in crime form,
written by one of the most original and witty voices in the country.
