Johannes Silberschneider reads dialect works from the pens of Styrian masters of this craft. Together with some of his relatives, the Nice Elder Gentlemen (NËH), he sings Styrian "Evergreens", and NËH contribute their own songs that accompany the evening with witty lyrics.
The four NËH are a seasoned pop-rock band from Graz/Leibnitz. They compose, write lyrics, and produce songs on a wide variety of topics with quirky German and Styria-themed texts, entertaining the Graz area with their art. Recently, more than 30 songs have been created, of which 24 are currently published on various streaming channels. Their first album – “Merk-würdige Lieder” – was released 4 years ago, and the second – “Collage 1909-2025” - is set to be released at the end of March 2025.
Their songs express life experiences with all their accompanying aspects, and there is something for everyone: sometimes rocking, sometimes poppy, occasionally with folk-inspired accents, in any case harmonious and 'earwormy' and almost never frightful.
