ORF Long Night of Museums at the Hartberg Museum

Experience culture, history, and music up close: As part of the ORF Long Night of Museums, the Museum Hartberg will open its doors for all culture enthusiasts on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 6 p.m. to midnight.

A diverse program awaits you with exciting insights into the region, historical lectures, and a atmospheric musical-literary conclusion.

Program Overview:

  • From 6:00 p.m. (hourly): Tours of the Museum Hartberg

  • 7:00 p.m.: Lecture by Prof. Gottfried Allmer – “Settlement and ownership history in the southern Wechsel region in the Middle Ages”

  • 8:30 p.m.: Lecture by Dr. Stephan Stibor – “The Precursors of TSV-Hartberg”

  • 10:00 p.m.: “Swing and Poetry” with the Günther Watzlik Quartet as well as readings by Werner Kothgasser and Birgit Steiner

Admission & Tickets:

  • Regional Ticket: € 7,-

  • Children under 12 years: Free admission
