Traditional, enchanting, and sensual – this is an apt description of the Hartberg Christmas Magic 2026.
When a multitude of lights brings sights, treetops, alleys, and building facades to glow, Hartberg – the city of the senses – invites you again to the traditional Christmas magic in the historic old town.
From November 20 to December 23, 2026, the traditional Christkindlmarkt will take place at the main square and the arts and crafts/advent market at the museum in the old town of Hartberg.
Opening hours for the Christkindlmarkt at the main square until December 23.
Thu, Fri from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. (arts and crafts until 8 p.m.)
Sat, Sun from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (arts and crafts until 8 p.m.)
Special opening days:
Mon 7.12. from 3 p.m., Tue 8.12. from 2 p.m., Mon 21.12. + Tue 22.12. + Wed 23.12. from 3 p.m.
Additionally: Advent magic at Ringwarte on December 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and waiting for the Christkind on December 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
