Refreshing, invigorating, and healthy: Kneipp treatments get the circulation and immune system going and provide new energy.
In this event, participants will learn about simple water applications and try them out themselves. After a short introduction, the presenter will show step by step how to properly use Kneipp.
What to bring: Please bring swimwear or shorts as well as a towel.
