Customs and Tradition at the Ägydimarkt in Fischbach

The annual fair aims to ensure that customs and tradition do not fade into oblivion. The history of the market dates back to the 19th century, and visitors are delighted to be able to celebrate traditions.

Every year at the beginning of September, a festive atmosphere is in the air with the traditional Ägydimarkt, the local holiday in the high-altitude spa town Fischbach.

Alongside culinary and musical delicacies, visitors are offered a colorful program: From a farm machinery exhibition, a car show to a flea market, amusement park, cattle market, raffle, and much more, there is sure to be something for everyone!

9:30 AM: Festive church service in the parish church
10:30 AM: Brunch in the SOMA festival hall

Subsequently, traditional autumn whipping
