The Sautanz is a valuable tradition that has unfortunately been falling more and more into oblivion. Therefore, the Töglhofer family from the Joglland Seehütte invites you to the "1. JOGLLAND SAUTANZ".
It is reminded that the whole animal is valuable. Not only the noble parts taste good!
The delicacies are prepared by star chef Christian Übeleis.
The culinary offerings are prepared by the master butchers Christoph & Rene from the Paunger Butchery!
Provided are the BIO piglets "Vom Jogl" from the Kornberger organic farm - Julia & Martin Köberl.
The moderation is done by the famous dialect poet Elfi Gross!
And finally: A musical accompaniment from the Joglland!
When: October 24, 2026, from 8 AM to 6 PM

Tickets: € 135,- for about 16 courses including drinks
Children up to 9 years are free but require a free ticket
Children from 9 to 14 years € 70,-
