Arrival
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3 PM. If you arrive after 7 PM, please inform us by phone or via email.
Enjoy a relaxed journey to Hotel Retter and use public transport such as the Dr. Richard bus from Vienna to Hartberg - travel time approx. 1.5 hours - or the bus from Graz to Hartberg - travel time approx. 1 hour - or the Retter taxi service.
For stays of two nights or more, we are happy to pick you up from Hartberg free of charge. We ask you to inform us of your pick-up at least 5 days before arrival at the hotel. For short-term bookings, the transfer will be charged.
Please inform us of your pick-up from Hartberg train station, Graz airport, or Vienna airport at least 5 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.

Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to return the room by 10:00 AM to us.
Late Check-out
If you would like to stay in the room longer, this is possible depending on availability, for an extra charge. If you wish to enjoy the afternoon snack with soup, salad, sweets from our pastry chefs, and Retter's juices, this is possible for a small additional charge.
