The apartment is located in the center of Fladnitz an der Teichalm, in the middle of the picturesque landscape of the Almenland Nature Park, north of Graz. It is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The Almenland golf course is 2 km away, as well as a recreational lake, which offers an attractive offer for young and old in summer. Various destinations e.g. B. stalactite caves, summer toboggan runs, show mines, playgrounds and much more can be found in the vicinity. In winter, the Teichalm offers itself as a winter sports area with drag lifts, magic carpets and a wonderful cross-country network.

Our 48m² large holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Additionally, there are two balconies with a beautiful view over Fladnitz at the Teichalm and the hills of the Almenland, as well as an elevator, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The apartment is oriented to the west and east to enjoy both the morning and evening sun.
