Our 300-year-old wooden holiday homes with conservatories are located in a dreamy setting on serene properties overlooking the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park. A special feature is our conservatories, where you can enjoy wonderful moments of peace not only in winter but also in summer.
The pleasant scent of wood, just like the tile stove, the larch floor from our own forest, and the many lovingly detailed furnishings will delight you.

We are committed to preserving a living environment for ourselves and the region of "Pöllauer Tal Nature Park." Our home parlor has existed since 1713, and we aim to preserve and restore buildings with nearly lost value.
You will be transported to a world where dreams come true, where time stands still. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can escape the stress of everyday life. Let yourself be taken away on a sensory journey in one of our enchanting holiday homes!

Arriving from Graz: Motorway exit Gleisdorf – follow the signage Pischelsdorf/Kaibing/Kaindorf; take the third exit at the roundabout in Kaindorf towards Pöllau. Follow the signage to Pöllau until you reach the roundabout (Spar/Raiffeisenbank), where you take the first exit towards Pöllauberg. Continue on the main road for 3 km, then turn left at „Zeil-Kratzer“.

It is important to us to preserve a living environment for us and the region “Nature Park Pöllau Valley”. Our starter project was our "Knusperhäuschen". A granary that we converted into a holiday home. We have tried to use old materials such as bricks, wooden walls, the old balcony and much more. We also used sheep's wool for insulation and larch wood floors sourced from our own forests. A special feature are our winter gardens, where you can spend wonderful hours of rest not only in winter but also in summer.
