On our farm, we have created two places that share one thing in common: They feel like a true “home” from the very first moment. Whether in the historic mill or in our newly built apartment house – we consistently use natural and traditional building materials.
Reclaimed wood, stone, and healthy materials create a room climate in which you can immediately take a deep breath. Each of our units offers an exceptionally spacious approximately 90 m2, so you won't feel like you're in a hotel room, but rather in your own four walls.
The old mill. Where grains were ground 200 years ago, you will now find a symbiosis of history and modern living comfort on approximately 90 m2. We have lovingly renovated the old mill to preserve the character of the building while creating a place of absolute tranquility. With an open fireplace, old tiled stove, and a large open living area right by the edge of the forest.
Modern well-being: Apartment house with four units. In addition to tradition, we have built a new house with four spacious living units (each approximately 90 m2). Here, one aspect was particularly important to us: well-being that you can feel - in the private spa area with a freestanding bathtub, heat cabin, relaxation lounge, and a magnificent view over Eastern Styria.

Warmth Has Many Faces
Those who know us know: We are family people through and through and have children who enrich our lives. The reason we only offer our mill and apartments to teenagers aged 16 and over is simple: Responsibility.
Our “Farm Adventure” is characterized by nature and agriculture. Everywhere you will find work tools, tractors, and machines that are part of our daily life but could pose a danger to children.
As agricultural landlords, we cannot meet the strict safety regulations for small children and do not want to take any risks, which is why we have opted for the “Adults Preferred” concept.
We want you to enjoy the tranquility of East Styria while we ensure that no one gets hurt on our work premises. We look forward to welcoming you during your well-deserved time out with us!
A Retreat for Breathing – Why We Stay Pet-Free.
We love nature and its inhabitants. However, we have consciously decided to keep our apartments pet-free.

The essential reasons that underline our quality standards:
- Space for Allergy Sufferers: We want to provide guests with allergies a guaranteed irritation-free environment. In our Swiss Pine Rooms, healthy breathing takes center stage – without compromising air quality.
- Highest Hygiene Standards: Our apartments are equipped with high-quality natural materials such as handcrafted wood and open-pored Swiss pine. To maintain impeccable cleanliness at the highest level, please refrain from bringing pets.

We ask you to check in after 3 PM and check out by 10 AM. If no guest has booked the room before or after you, an earlier arrival as well as a later departure is possible. Please ask us.

Beneath our apartments lies a very personal story: After three years of intensive planning, countless hours on the construction site, and a great deal of passion, we have fulfilled a long-held dream with this project. Our goal was to create a place that reflects the tranquility and strength of East Styria – a true refuge for people seeking something special.
Our philosophy: Quality you can feel. In our design, one thing was particularly important to us: authenticity. We love the scent of pine, the durability of reclaimed wood, and the power of natural materials. This attention to detail can be found in every corner of our 90 m² apartments. As hosts, it is our concern that you do not just “stay” with us, but that you can arrive and breathe deeply from the very first moment.
