A very beautiful north-facing slope
From the parking lot at the Almwirt, take the forest road to the abandoned Möderingalm (1,566 m). At the same elevation, head west through sparse forest into the Schattnerkar. In very beautiful terrain, proceed flat out south into the cirque and keep left up to the ridge, followed by the broad, flat summit slope leading east. Descend the same way you ascended.
