On the snow-assured Pyhrn, cross-country skiers will find a network of trails of international standard with the Pyhrnloipe. Here, cross-country skiers of all abilities can make their tracks through a magnificent winter landscape.

At 800 to 830 m above sea level, there is a total of 17 km of classic and skating cross-country ski trails that run parallel. The Pyhrnloipe has two trail circles / loops (hiking and sports trail). All trails are easy to difficult

Take the B138 in the direction of Liezen over the Pyhrnpass. There you will find the Pyhrnloipe, which has been awarded the Styrian cross-country skiing seal of approval. The Essl farm in the Pyhrn, a district of Liezen, functions as the cross-country ski trail entrance. Here you will find parking facilities and a ticket machine.
