Xeis Noble Fish

The Xeis Edelfisch is an organic lake char, an athletic underwater athlete. The breeder promotes it with the right training program - with small feed amounts and the right current against which it constantly swims. The outstanding standard of breeding and marketing is ensured by two things: the high quality awareness and the quality guidelines of Xeis Edelfisch.

In Oberlaussa at the Hengstpass near the Gesäuse National Park, one of the most modern aquaculture facilities in Austria has been established. The Gjaidbach with its numerous springs provides the highest water quality and promotes rearing.

You can obtain our fish whole natural or hot-smoked, as fillet natural, cold or warm smoked. ​ We are happy to ship our fish via parcel service, packed with ice. ​
