Night hike in the Gesäuse National Park
General Information
Accompanied by national park rangers, the night is experienced with all senses and nature is explored in the dark.
The night sky in the Gesäuse is one of the darkest in Europe. Finding your way here without artificial light requires different senses, such as hearing, touch, or smell. How do we cope with this, and how do animals adapt to the darkness?
