Waldwandertag mit Wolfgang Göschl
Forest hiking day – out and about with the state prize winner Wolfgang Göschl
Forest Hiking Day – out with the State Prize winner Wolfgang Göschl
Among other things, Ing. Wolfgang Göschl received the State Prize for Forestry in 2025 for his nature-friendly and economically sustainable forestry management.
Optimal use of natural regeneration, low stem density, and the creation of stability are the cornerstones of his philosophy. This allows for yields in forestry that are otherwise only found in capital markets. Technically smart and silviculturally advanced timber harvesting methods enable cost-effective wood production. Despite all the economic aspects, there is room for dead wood, natural project areas, and long-term experimental plots established by the Federal Office for Forestry.
Discover advanced forest management with the State Prize winner, forestry consultants, and forest enthusiasts, and let yourself be inspired.
