Beautiful location on a plot of 3000 m² with a sunbathing area and fruit trees near a bakery and cross-country skiing trail. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a total size of 86 m² for 4 people. If needed, it can be reduced to 77 m² for 3 people or 65 m² for 2 people. Living kitchen, 2 single rooms, 1 double room, bathroom/WC, extra WC in the hallway, living room with sofa bed, large corner balcony facing east to west with a beautiful unobstructed panoramic view of the Gesäuse and the Haller Mauern. I am happy to assist with planning hikes and excursions, and I also serve as a guide!
