The history of the house
The confectionery has always been a long-established family business, founded by Max Stockhammer and his wife Melanie and later continued and expanded by his son Rudolf August and his wife Barbara. In January 2003, the business was taken over by the two confectioners Günter and Patrizia Planitzer. Since then, the tradition of the confectionery has been lovingly continued, and the construction of the conservatory in 2010 created additional sunny spots for guests. And yet the old coffee house charm has been preserved. In 2024, the business was handed over to the two managing directors Anita Reichenfelser and Birgit Blamauer.

Only the best quality for our customers – this is the motto that guides Birgit and Anita and their friendly, competent team in their constant efforts to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. When it comes to questions about cake orders for various occasions, great importance is always attached to providing expert advice and taking time for customers in order to fulfil all their wishes in the best possible way.
The secret of our house
The secret of Stockhammer Confectionery lies in the bakery! Here, in the realm of Anita and her team, cakes, strudels, croissants, Striezel, various other cakes, around 50 different types of ice cream, gingerbread specialities, the popular wedding cakes (show album available on request) and cakes for many different occasions are produced.
