Information
With 59 m², the apartment with infrared sauna and indoor whirlpool accommodates up to 5 people. Your holiday apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed & 1 bunk bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with WC and shower as well as a balcony, a whirlpool, and an infrared sauna.
The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped. This means: cutlery and (cooking) dishes are available, as well as an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, along with a toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (Nespresso capsules).
A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tablet, dishwasher detergent (sample), sponge, trash bag, cleaning, and dish towel will be ready for you upon arrival.
WLAN, cable/satellite TV. A hairdryer can be borrowed free of charge (depending on availability) at the reception. Dog-friendly: Your four-legged friend is allowed upon request and for a fee – they will surely feel at home in the Erzberg Alpin Resort!

INCLUSIVE
All mentioned prices are per apartment per day or week including electricity, water, and heating, without catering, including all taxes but excluding the overnight tax. The overnight tax (€ 2.50 tourism tax/€ 0.60 infrastructure contribution) amounts to € 3.10 per adult (> 15 years) and day.
You can participate in the events and activities of the local tourism association during your stay. A final cleaning fee as well as fees for the laundry set (according to the price list) will be charged once for your stay.
DEPOSIT
Upon arrival at the holiday resort, a deposit of € 100.00 must be paid by credit card and will be offset against your departure.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check in times from 14:00 to 16:00
Check out time from 08:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure
You will receive the registration form when the keys are handed over (registration is compulsory in Austria). All roommates must be entered on the form.
You will receive your key at the reception from your contact person on site.
PAYMENT
After confirmation of your reservation of a holiday home we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total. The balance must be recorded 30 days prior to your arrival.
