The play “Years of Love” tells the moving story of a divorced couple who, while bidding farewell to their shared past, encounter old feelings and open wounds.
With “Years of Love”, the a.gon Theater presents a moving performance at Stadttheater Leoben on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 7.30 p.m.. The play is based on the award-winning television film of the same name, which received the Grimme Award and the Golden Camera.
Years after their divorce, Vera and Uli meet once again in their shared house, which is about to be sold. Accompanied by their new partners, they are confronted with memories of their shared past. Amidst old wounds, unfulfilled hopes, and the questions of guilt and forgiveness, an intense chamber play unfolds about love, separation, and the possibility of a new beginning.
Directed by Johannes Pfeifer, the cast includes Anja Klawun, Thorsten Nindel, and Saskia Valencia, who lend great depth and authenticity to this emotional story.
