The anniversary "135 Years Erzbergbahn" honors the rich railway history of the region and also commemorates 25 years since the discontinuation of the Vordernberger Bahn.
Under the motto "135 years of Erzbergbahn," a special anniversary is entirely focused on the rich history of the railway around Erzberg. In addition to the 135th anniversary of the Erzbergbahn, the event will also commemorate 25 years since the discontinuation of the Vordernberger Bahn. This brings two significant chapters of regional railway and industrial history into the spotlight.
On the occasion of the anniversary, a special program will be developed to appropriately honor the history and significance of the railway. Further details regarding the program will follow.
