The traditional Fitmarch on the National Holiday combines group movement with a diverse hike from Leoben's city center through Massenburg and Pampichlerwarte to Göss.
Starting the National Holiday together actively: The traditional Fitmarch in Leoben once again takes place this year on a varied route through the autumn landscape, combining movement with music and socializing.
On National Holiday, October 26, participants will meet at 8:00 a.m. at the main square of Leoben. The day begins with a joint breakfast and musical entertainment before the official start signal for the Fitmarch is given at 9:00 a.m.
The tried-and-true route leads from the main square in Leoben over Massenburg and Pampichlerwarte and then further over Windischberg to the equipment house of the volunteer fire department in Göss.
At the finish, participants can look forward to a cozy conclusion with live music and a small snack. Additionally, there will be an award ceremony and a raffle for prizes. The program ends around 1:30 p.m.
